Dr. Julian W. Dixon adheres to a conservative approach that centers on patient safety and natural results.
He is committed to the use of natural biologic products in facial cosmetic surgery. Natural products such as fat and Hyaluronic Acid fillers have a proven track record of safety and efficacy. Patients’ faces are constantly changing due to the dynamic process of aging, and the use of malleable natural products can be easily augmented as the face changes and the aging process continues. This ensures a long lasting natural look and allows people to modify their aesthetic goals as time evolves.
He believes strongly that patients need surgeries customized to their individual needs rather than a one-size fits all approach.
He has spent many years working exclusively with more than four separate fellowship trained Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He has mastered a variety of approaches and techniques that he combines and customizes to treat the underlying causes of the individual aging process.

Dr Dixon received his Bachelor of Arts as a double major in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also received his medical degree from the University of North Carolina where he graduated amongst the top of his class. He completed his general surgery internship and Otolaryngology residency at Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine. He was then selected for and completed an exclusive fellowship within the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Glasgold Group in the greater New York City area.
