A new study from the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine reveals that women and men are affected very differently by sleep disorders.

A two-year study was conducted on 744 similar age patients who received sleep-related healthcare from seven private general practices. Patients were asked to complete a variety of sleep-related questionnaires in order to better understand their symptoms.
