At Chicago ENT, we welcome visits from vendors, pharmaceutical representatives, and medical device companies who wish to share information about the latest products, services, and technologies that support our full service practice.
How to Schedule a Meeting with Our Providers
If you are a pharmaceutical representative, medical device vendor, or audiology partner looking to schedule a face-to-face meeting with one of our providers, please email [email protected]. Our team will review your request and connect you with the appropriate ENT or audiology provider to coordinate a convenient meeting time.
Guidelines for Vendor and Pharma Meetings
To ensure meetings are efficient and respectful of our providers’ time, please review the following considerations:
- Provider availability across locations
Chicago ENT physicians and audiologists practice at multiple locations throughout the Chicago area. Meeting with multiple providers at once may not always be possible but can often be arranged with sufficient advance notice. - Surgical devices and in-patient products
Chicago ENT is an independent outpatient practice and does not manage surgical contracts with any local hospitals. While we cannot address hospital purchasing agreements, our physicians may still be interested in learning about new surgical devices and technologies. - Provider participation
Not all of our providers meet with vendors. This will be clarified during the scheduling process. - Lunch meetings and catering requirements
Many of our providers and staff have dietary restrictions and preferences including kosher dietary laws. If you are planning a lunch-and-learn or meal presentation, catering must be provided from a Chicago Rabbinical Council (CRC) certified establishment.
