Stephanie Sluzinski has nearly a decade of experience caring for patients across Chicago’s hospital floors and immediate care. A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Stephanie sees patients of all ages and brings a hands-on, listening-first approach shaped by years at the bedside. She wants every patient to leave the exam room feeling heard, informed, and well cared for.
She started as a Registered Nurse, where she spent eight years floating across inpatient units, caring for a wide range of patient populations, and stepping into leadership roles as a charge nurse, preceptor, and elected chair of the hospital’s Quality Shared Governance Committee. While still working at the bedside, she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rush University College of Nursing, partnering with Ada S. McKinley Community Services on a doctoral project that built a communication protocol to improve preventive care for clients with developmental disabilities.
After becoming a nurse practitioner, she joined Endeavor Health’s immediate care team, where she treated acute illnesses and injuries across the lifespan, performed procedures like suturing and wound care, and learned to make confident decisions in a fast-moving clinical setting. At Chicago ENT, Stephanie is putting that full range of experience to work for her patients, from quick acute concerns to ongoing conversations that build trust.
