From the East:
Head south on US-41S. Exit onto N Lake Shore Dr., and continue on N Michigan Ave. Turn right onto E Ontario St. Turn left onto the ramp to 1-90W/I-94W, keep left at the fork, merge onto 1-90 W/I-94 W. Take exit 49Bfor Augusta Blvd/Milwaukee Ave. Continue on Augusta towards N Damen Ave. Turn right on Damen and continue until you reach Division where you will take a left, stay straight on Division and Chicago ENT will be on your right side.
From the South:
Take 1-55 north, exit 290 toward Damen Ave. Turn left at S Damen Ave, and continue for approximately 4.6 miles until you reach Division St, where you will turn left. Continue straight on Division St, Chicago ENT will be on your right side.
From the West:
Take 1-290 E towards Congress Pkwy, take exit 270 towards Western Ave and keep right to merge onto Congress Pkwy. Turn left on S Western Ave., remain on Western for approximately 1.9 miles until you get to W Division St., turn right. Continue on Division St., Chicago ENT will be on your left.
From the North:
Take W Touhy Ave towards Western Ave, take a left at Western.Stay on Western for approximately 7.6 miles until you reach W. Division St. Take a left at Division St., Chicago ENT will be on your left.
