Physicians assistant Stephanie was amazing when it came to dealing with my blocked ears. She was gentle, informative, friendly and made me feel comfortable while working on me. Would definitely recommend her and Chicago ENT.

I recently had a bump removed from my mouth. The procedure was quick and my doctor and nurse was very nice and polite because I was nervous. I would have given five stars, but I really dont like the phone system and holding time of trying to speak with someone when I did call. I say this because I would receive a call back, but normally it would be when I was at work. I am just glad this is done and thanks.

The doctor and staff were kind, prompt, and professional, and I felt that they truly listened to me and wanted to work with me to address my issues. Super grateful to have found them!
