I was referred here by my primary doctor and had a great experience. Kathleen cleaned my ears quickly and efficiently and communicated well with me what to expect. The device she used was loud in my ears and created only mild discomfort. She also listened carefully to me as I explained a family history of hearing loss and helped me take a hearing test the same day to get a good baseline of my current hearing so that I can better evaluate possible hereditary hearing loss down the line. I would happily return and recommend others visit here.
