Directions:

From the North:
Head Southwest on N Western Ave for approximately 3 miles. At Foster Ave turn right, stay straight on Foster Ave to N California Ave, turn left. Onto California. Turn right at Winona, CHicago ENT will be on your right side.
From the West:
Take 1-90 E for approximately 3 miles. Take exit 82C toward Austin Ave continue on Austin straight until you reach W Foster Ave., turn left on Foster. Stay straight on Foster towards Milwaukee, where you’ll turn right. Stay on Milwaukee straight towards W Foster, take a left onto W Foster Ave. Drive for about 3.5 miles until you reach N. California Ave, take a right onto California. Chicago ENT will be on your right side.
From the South:
Head North on Western Ave towards North Ave for approximately 4 miles. On Lawrence take a left and drive straight for half a mile until you reach California where you will take a right. Once you reach Winona St. take a left. Chicago ENT will be on your right.
From the East:
Head West on W Lawrence Ave toward Ashland Ave., turn right onto Ashland Ave. Stay straight on Ashland until you reach Foster. at Foster take a left. Proceed for about 1.5 miles until California Ave, take a left onto California Ave. Chicago ENT will be on your right.

Parking: The parking garage is adjacent to our office and a walk way is available located on the third floor of the parking garage.
